2005 marks the 48th year Malaysia reached its independence. Its been quite awhile since Fitness First @ Menara Axis, PJ actually had any theme class. I remembered a couple of session they had when I entered around a year ago. Well,... I'm just glad they decided to have it again this year. So much fun it was ... :) I so rike the MERDEKA theme. We went into the Main studio and welcomed by the instuctors... the other members joined as well...

This was followed by a local version of the bodyjam routine.. :D... of which everyone took part....
My salute to the instructors for putting in the effort in making it a meaningful and fun day for everyone ... THANKS!
 

  
All in a hard days work...

Everyone looked just as great after the workout.. yea.. we were doing box steps, mambo, shimees .. in our sampings and all. A little trick mum used to teach me, putting in a belt in the samping. It made it all too easy to jump around and still looking great at the end. Joey, Alex, Clement, Klevin and myself was wearing my baju melayu...
