 It was time for another round of Quarterly for the LES MILLS PROGRAMMES, again it was held in Twin Tower Fitness Centre (TTFC) in KLCC.

Lucky me, we once again got invited to the event. Am happy that the TTFC instructors cant make it and since there were a couple of extra slots available, the club manager sms-ed me and asked if I was interested to join?... Hell yeah.... despite the fact that I was going for my tonsillectomy surgery the following monday. Also then had been suffering from tonsilitis for  weeks running.

I was excited over BODYJAM RELEASE 44. Mike was looking fwd over BODYSTEP RELEASE 71.

We parked at Avenue K and went straight to TTFC, The BodyAttack program was already over and BodyCombat was about to finish.

The next programme was for BodyStep

This time around there was a 30min talk given by the presenters and master trainers on how to conduct a class and improve on techniques.

Can see the bodysteppers were anxious to go.
