..: ON THE WAY TO BALI - DAY 1 :..

Cast for the Bali Trip : Ooi , Osman, Alex & Ivan

Air Asia AK900 Flight leaves at 10:55 from KLIA

GETTING THERE

It was early May 2005. Ivan and Ooi stayed overnight at my apt. We hop onto the taxi and headed to KLIA at around 0830.

Learnt a few things about LPG taxis on the way over. Check-in at the air-asia counter and had McD for bfast.

We didn't do much planning this time as it was Alex 3rd time there. It was my second trip to Bali. The first for Ooi and Ivan.

All I've done was to booked us a hotel in Ubud called the Graha Hotel and also a vehicle that we are suppose to pick up from the Airport from the internet. Didnt want to go thru the hassle of dealing with those things on the 1st day.

Weather.com informed us that it was gonna be sunny all thru the 7 days we are gonna be there.

Flight was delay around 30 minute. We were then all ready to go. First stop will be Ubud after landing in Bali.

Board the Air-craft and got to our seats. Seats were only RM59.90 excluding airport tax per person.

Rented the Small Daihatsu Feroza and headed to a Nasi Padang stall for lunch. Should hav gotten the Daihatsu Taruna. Its kinda packed for four people. But it costs so much cheaper.
