Actually, I bounced on your page when I googled "food + floating market in Thailand." Just by looking at all the pics that you and your friend took in Thailand, I think I will have an awesome time when I visit there later this year. Any advice or recommendation would be greatly appreciated! And like you, the gym is a big part of my life, so keep fit & healthy!

Assalamku Osman
Just want to say your website look so details and colourful indeed. Looking at your gym remind of my gym buddies down in Brunei who totally mad about Les Mills Workout. Who know one day,we could met up for coffee down at Dome, KL since I down there for training or get away trip due to work pressure. Are you currently teaching any Les Mills Classes? Well! I did teach Bodypump and Bodybalance haven't done my video assesment yet. Due to my work load which is getting too much to handle.
Too bad I miss LM Super workshop down in KL last March. Was down in somewhere for some training.
I am online on msn - jonathanrobert2003@hotmail.com which is also my 2nd email address.
Kia!
See you soon

Hi Osman. I am not in your friend's list. A friend of mine told me sometime ago that i have some photos taken in Body Vive during the quarterly workshop. So i decided to check it out today. I only checked it out recently cause I have been busy preparing for the Body Balance launch in Penang. Anyway, thanks for the nice photos.

Thanks for more speedo pics. They were bulgetastic! Anyway, can you wear a new speedo? Sick of the red one lah. Anything but dark speedos. How about a white one? God you are sexy!!
PS: I know you are taken, but is it ok to fantasize?

hello osman, i am new and enjoyed your blog. 1 question if u dont mind. i just assume you are half chinese (although i cant see any chinese features in your mum) and wondering why i did not see any pictures of the chinese side of your family. any reason? hope not intruding too much. am in an inter-racial relationship myself and looking for advice from experienced people to make it work. cheers.

Hi Osman, had the pleasure to chat with Mike, though recently he seems to have dropped outta MSN. Anyway, just wanna ask you on the camera and your lens. Do the same lens allow you for those panoramic photos or a different one? I'm thinking of getting a Canon DSLR, which do you recommend? Saw from cnet.com that Canon EOS Rebel XTi and Lens 18-55mm is the basic setup, what's your take on it, if you know. My email is also my msn. Add me if you like.
